Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule a session, please give 24 hours’ notice. If you give more than 24 hours' notice, we (the client and coach) will both do our best to find a time to reschedule for that same week when possible (excluding group offerings) or the next available date / time that works for both of us. You can do this through the Kaia Evolutions website by clicking "reschedule" and choosing a different day; if you have questions / concerns, you can email info@kaiaevolutions.com If you need to cancel a group offering, please give 24 hours’ notice. If you give more than 24 hours' notice for a group offering, we (the client and coach) will determine if you'd like to carry the fee into a future date of the same offering (when applicable) or refund the fee (note that this is subject to change with specialty offerings that do not have a drop-in rate). If you do not show up for the session / offering for any reason or do not give more than 24 hours' notice (barring an emergency situation or illness), the session will not be rescheduled or refunded and you will be charged. If I (the coach) need to reschedule, I will also give at least 24 hours' notice, barring an emergency situation or illness. You will not be charged for the session if I need to cancel or reschedule.
