Target Clients: This group is for female identifying, gender queer and/or non-binary humans seeking to make time to come together with others and make deeper connections through radical self awareness and love. Goal: In this 8 session journey we will gather to explore how the elements of earth, fire, air and water reflect our inner experience. We will deepen awareness of the nervous system, identify themes of ways our bodies hold our experiences, and use curiosity, movement and breath to create greater ability to access ease and ignite our creative souls' purpose. Additional Gift: All participants will receive 10% OFF a future 1-on-1 service for both Eileen Kielty and Jessica Garet's offerings. All sessions will be recorded and available to participants if they miss a session / want to access them in the future.
